A producer in your browser.
Podruff is a sidebar that listens to your call and fills a live feed with hooks, topic flags, and follow-up questions as the conversation happens. Glance over. Use what's good. Keep talking.

Live sidebar feed — from a real 45-minute recording
You're hosting and producing at the same time. Listening to your guest, thinking about the next question, watching the clock. Your guest drops a detail that would make a perfect clip — and you're too deep in the conversation to write it down.
After the call, you scrub through forty minutes of audio looking for the eight seconds you half-remember. Or worse, you don't look at all. The hook dies in the recording.
You don't need another post-production tool. You need a sidebar. Podruff runs in your browser while you record. It watches the conversation and fills a live feed with hooks, topic flags, and follow-up questions. You glance at it the way you'd glance at a producer's notes through the glass.
How it works
Three steps. No configuration.Open the sidebar
Point Podruff at your call audio and open it in a browser tab. Dock it alongside Zoom, Riverside, SquadCast — whatever you record with.
Watch the feed fill up
As you talk, hooks, topic flags, and follow-up questions stream into the sidebar. Color-coded. Timestamped. Newest at the top. Glance over when you want a nudge.
Mark, save, or ignore
Tap a suggestion to mark it as used. Save the good ones for post. Skip the rest. When you're done, everything exports to Markdown — timestamped, tagged, ready for show notes.
Three cards. One feed.
Everything is color-coded, timestamped, and scrollable.Hooks
Under ten words. Punchy. Specific. Podruff generates 2-3 hook ideas every few seconds from what's being said. Not summaries — the kind of one-liner you'd put in a clip caption or episode title.
Topics
Your guest keeps circling back to a comparison, or drops a tension they don't resolve. Podruff flags it — a thread worth exploring before you move on. A producer tapping the glass: "stay on this one."
Follow-ups
They mentioned a co-founder disagreement and kept talking. You were nodding. Podruff writes the follow-up: "Ask what the argument was about." The question you'd think of two hours later — on your screen now.
